this book is excellent. i couldn’t put it down. i was impressed with the way that J.K. Rowling handled all the growth and maturation that each of the characters exhibited in order to make the story work. all in all, it was a delight. i must say that the goblet of fire remains my favorite, but this one wrapped it all up quite nicely.

I’m now willing to read this book. I wonder how after 7 books for the same story, the book are still that amazing. With movies, when there is a number 2, it’s usually not as good as the first one (even worse when there is a third one). By the way, no worries about “give anything away”, this website has a “no spoiler” system, just fill the box “I’ve read” Chapter number … and if another person has not read the book that far she won’t see your posts.

I believe this is an incredible Book… I am not the type of reader that is very fond of big GIGANTIC books with 500+ pages… but I don’t know… JK Rowling, way of writting, makes it so much fun and interesting that the reader does not really care how many pages the story has. If you have not read it. You are seriously missing out! Please do so! :) I will discuss more about the book events, once more people who have read it comment… I don’t want to give anything away :)

I haven’t start reading the last Harry Potter yet, to be honest I stopped after the fourth one and need to catch up. I would like to know what people who has read all of them think about it: is there one better than the other? Were you satisfied with the end of the Deathly Hallows? Which one did you prefer?

I think this book will be BookCrossing’s most exchanged book simply due to sheer number of copies floating around. I can’t go to anyone’s house without finding a hardcover copy lurking on some table or counter top. Guess that’ll make it easy to borrow a copy when I finally get around to reading books four, five and six…
